Is this a first year event?

Utah Mom Show 2020 will be our our second year. Our first event in 2019 was a blast and saw over 1,700 guests through the door.  We are extremely excited for our second year which brings improvements all around. 

 

What are you planning on doing differently in 2020?

Better floor plan: We've made improvements to our floor plan for easier flowing of traffic that is better for both vendors and guests.

Cheaper admission prices: Vendor floor admission is now only $5 or free w/ a canned food donation. 1/2 of ticket profits will be donated to Whole international, a non-profit organization that sponsors girls in Kenya to stay in school and provides the education and supplies they need to manage their menstrual cycles. All food will be donated to local organizations for extra support in the community.

More organized schedule: We've designed a better multi-stage setup with a more strategic schedule to keep traffic flowing between stages and events. 

Better advertising: We've teamed up with even more influencers and partners to promote Utah Mom Show 2020. We have plans for bigger and better signage, increased billboard ads, new appearances and podcasts announcing the show, and more.

A more defined "Show": We are welcoming more celebrity guests to join Christy Carlson Romano (voice actress of Kim Possible) on our main stage for this year's Super Hero theme. We have a lot of surprises in the making and plan to present an amazing Show.

A more streamlined Mom Aisle: Our Mom Aisle has been re-arranged in a way to make it more recognizable and easier for guests to visit.

 

When will the vendor floor map be finalized?

We expect a finalized vendor map by March 1st, 2020. We will, as always, stay in close communication with our vendors as things change.

 

What kind of attractions will there be?

In addition to our new "Show", our Vendor floor will provide guests with a professional photographer with an adorable super hero background, inspiring and educational workshops, live music, art displays, and of course our Red Carpet and Wing display to stand in front of and snap a photo.

 

Will there be electricity available to vendors?

Yes, electricity can be wired to vendor tables or booths by our designers for an additional charge (last year was between $95 and $203 depending on time of registration and amps required).  We will ask you about the need for electricity once you have applied and are accepted to the event.

 

Will there be Wi-Fi internet available to vendors?

Yes, Wi-Fi will be provided by our venue for an additional charge (last year was $40 per device per day). Devices can be registered day of the event at the venue.
